- Who do you use for shipping?
- Do all packages have tracking?
All packages have tracking and the number will be sent to you upon shipping. Letter mail is not tracked.
- What items are sent by letter mail?
To keep shipping prices down we will send, up to 7 tips, by letter mail. Some CDs and educational materials will also be sent by letter. When you select these lightweight objects the checkout will automatically opt for letter shipping. If you would prefer your tips shipped by tracked package, please contact us with your request.
- Can pens and tip sets be sent as letter mail?
Pens and tip sets are too bulky to be shipped as letter mail and will be shipped as a packet.
- Do you cap shipping costs?
We do. We calculate shipping by weight. The shipping costs will be determined by the combined weight of your order. We will cap shipping costs at that weight, no matter how many combined objects fall into that weight category.
- Package up to 500 grams.
- Package over 500 grams but under 5 kilograms.
- Package over 5 kilograms.
- Can you express ship?
There is an option at checkout to select Express shipping. This will cost more than regular shipping.
- Can I pick up goods and is there a cost?
You can pick up goods by appointment. Pickup is a free service. We are based in Upwey, Victoria.
- Do you offer a discount to woodworking clubs members or Men's Shed members?
We appreciate the word of mouth support that these clubs provide and, as a bonus, we offer these clubs a 5% discount on Razertip Products.
To apply your 5% discount please us Email Us and provide us with the name of your club and your club membership number. We will reply with a code that you can apply at checkout. This code will discount your total by 5%. Don't forget to spread the word about our great range, prices and service.

- Is there a physical shop I can visit?
